After 3 hours in tol barad looking for this fish i decided to try my luck elsewhere and looted it at 10.58 server time (eu ravencrest) at 70, 71 on top of a floating island in nagrand. all i got left now is the Golden Sunsoaker and i heard its even more elusive than the elusive moonfish.
I would like to say that the Elusive Quickhoof can be phased out by World Quests. Today at 21:32 on EU Realms, it had spawned at 31.10, 67.18 near the World Quest A few more Charges but we could not actually interact with it as the world quest was phasing it out. I had raised ticket to Blizzard and hopefully they will look into this.
